Introduction to System Components

“Heshan”remote control elevator air conditioning system is mainly composed of five parts: remote control elevator air conditioner, transmission signal line, RS485 to Ethernet converter, customized software, and monitoring computer.
Remote Control Elevator Air Conditioner
The Y in the original model code becomes YC, and the cooling capacity, heating capacity and other data refer to the original model; with RS485 interface, through the RS485 to Ethernet converter, the converter is connected to the local area network (switch) originally arranged in the elevator machine room through a network cable , the monitoring data can be read by the monitoring center computer.
Transmission Signal Line
The signal transmission from the car top to the elevator machine room adopts a set of twisted-pair shielded wires (or the twisted pair in the elevator cable), and the wire diameter is required to be 0.5mm2 or more; the signal transmission from the elevator machine room to the central control room of the building adopts the elevator The local area network originally arranged in the computer room is used for transmission.
RS485 to Ethernet Converter
In the elevator machine room, an RS485 to Ethernet converter is installed, which is connected to the local area network (switch) originally arranged in the machine room through a network cable, and the signal is transmitted to the monitoring computer through the local area network.
Customized Software
The software interface includes menu bar, tool bar, monitoring window and status bar. You can set the number of terminals (up to 120 units), modify the name of the elevator air conditioner, adjust the size of the icon, set the timing, query the operation of the elevator air conditioner, and diagnose the elevator air conditioner.
Monitor Computer
The system is Windows XP or Windows 7 (8, 10), the CPU speed is not less than 1GHZ, the memory is not less than 1G, the hard disk is not less than 80G, the monitor is not less than 15 inches, and it is connected to a local area network.

On First Run
Need to register, double-click the ACManagetool file, a registration window will pop up, enter the user name, and report it to Heshan Technology together with the user name and registration information. The staff of Heshan Technology will provide you with the registration code. After entering the registration code, click "Register" button, the system checks the validity of the registration code.
After Registration
It is necessary to set the number of communication ports and terminals before the management software can run normally. (Note: One registration code can only be used for one installation. If the computer's operating system is reinstalled, you need to apply for a registration code again.)
