Product Description

During the working process of the hydraulic system of the hydraulic elevator, the hydraulic oil plays the dual function of lubricating the friction pair and transmitting the power. As the temperature increases, the viscosity of the oil decreases, the oil film on the part to be lubricated is destroyed, and the oil leakage increases, which directly affects the leveling accuracy, comfort and car settlement of the elevator, and affects the heat dissipation of the oil-immersed motor in the pump station. Effect. If work at high temperature for a long time, it will also oxidize the oil, precipitate sediment, and cause serious failures such as hindering the movement of the pump and valve. When the oil temperature is too high, it may even trigger the thermal protection action of the hydraulic system and lead to the occurrence of elevator shutdown accidents.

The hydraulic system of the hydraulic elevator performs work through vertical lifting motion. According to the principle of energy conservation, almost all the energy input into the system will enter the system in the form of heat. If the natural heat dissipation cooling alone is not enough to keep the oil temperature within the allowable operating temperature range, a cooler must be installed in the system to implement forced cooling.

According to the technical requirements of hydraulic system operation in hydraulic elevators, our factory has absorbed the current international advanced heat exchanger manufacturing technology, and developed a new generation of XFL series special coolers for hydraulic elevators on the basis of LK type coolers. The system adopts air cooling to keep the working oil at the set temperature to ensure the normal and continuous operation of the hydraulic system. The new cooler is smaller and lighter, and the energy efficiency ratio is further improved. The oil inlet and outlet and installation dimensions are matched with the main engine manufacturer's oil tank, and the installation is very convenient. All indicators have reached or exceeded the level of similar products at home and abroad.
